  • Called the service at 9AM to schedule a visit for my 3 year old son. Receptionist took down my phone number, my son's health card number, my address details, closest intersection even BUZZER code for my building's entrance!!. Advised that doc will come between 4pm and 11pm!! I waited and waited and waited .... and noone showed up and no calls either! I call back a day later enquiring what happened and receptionist says that I am nowhere in the system and if I AM SURE I CALLED THEIR COMPANY.. THEN IF I AM SURE IT WAS THE SAID DATE!! Hello! i am not a cow!!.. i use an IPHONE that gives you exact details of who you called and when and for how long! Anyways, that tells me a lot about their service and systems too!! What a waste of taxpayers' money! NEVER AGAIN!
