  • This was our 5th or 6th time here for a vacation. Weve never really experienced anything great for bad. This time was by far the worste as from the start I had dirty sheets and had to track down a service worker in hallway to trade for clean sheets. By the second day the issues started with poor customer service in the arcade and they were laughing at our situation while waiting for help. Second when we got back to our hotel room the room service people took a crap in our room and stunk the whole thing up. Literally could not stand the smell we ended up needing to change rooms for the comfort factor. Along with this the first night floor 17 the ice machine did not work so we tried 16th floor the machine was missing. We had to go to the 14th floor to get ice for 2 days since they charge for a fridge in the room. Over all I know we will be back because our kids love it there is plenty to do for families of all agaes. And is located just past the strip. We will be back hopefully this was a fluke situation. Or maybe they just don't care because they will always have business regardless how they treat anyone.
