  • This place gets 5 stars just for customer service. They don't have to be so nice -- they're basically the only coffee shop in town so people will come no matter what, whether it's coffee they want or just a place to meet up. I recently had an awesome experience at Crossroads that now brings me to Yelp. I ordered a cold brew; the barista misheard me and gave me a chocolate-cherry latté. At my confusion, she happily poured the cold brew and gave me both drinks for just $2.50 (an $8 value). I ended up liking the latté, more than the cold brew in fact. And I never drink lattes! The following week I came back to Crossroads. The same barista was working. I asked her if she remembered me, and she did. I asked her if she remembered what she'd accidentally served me, because I'd forgotten. She did! I am a happy and now, loyal, customer.
