First time here and, being from Chicago, this is a very poor imitation of a Chicago restaurant. The service was slow and had to ask the server for bread for the mediocre soup they served. My wife had the baked mostaccioli and it had to be sent back as the cheese wasn't melted. I had the beef and sausage combo and it was terrible. If a Chicago restaurant tried to serve a sandwich like this there would be real trouble, if you know what I mean. If you want a beef sandwich go to Portillo's--that is how it is done and done faster. Putting some Chicago decorations on the wall doesn't make it a Chicago-type restaurant. Didn't try their pizza but just heard Lou Malnati's is coming to the Phoenix area. You want Chicago pizza? go to Lou's. They may do a good bar business and that should keep them in business because the food business won't. Good Chicago food is available in the Valley, just not here.
