| - After reading some other reviews, it looks like I should have checked Yelp before having ever made my appointment so I would have known not to waste my time!
This location was appealing, because it is one of the few locations that shows up as in-network for "oral surgery" through my benefits provider. I called to make my appointment for my wisdom teeth removal, had a lengthy conversation with the receptionist about expectations and anesthetic, etc. I then called once more just in case to make sure I had the right info for where to send my dental records, x-rays and medical ID card and to confirm they would truly be able to perform the surgery at this location.
I finally showed up for my appointment, and as soon as the dental assistant walks in she tells me that they don't do that type of procedure in their office. I explain to her the two separate conversations I had prior to my appointment, and she tells me that she has no idea who or why anybody would have told me to come visit them.
She then offers to call in a referral to somebody who can perform the procedure, but instead came back with a list of oral surgeons, none of whom were in my network but instead provided an inconvenient way to waste some more of my time.
When I went to check out with reception, the lady told me "see, that's why you needed to speak with somebody back there instead of with me. I wouldn't have any way of knowing if they were going to be able to perform that procedure," and then proceeds to argue with me on how I should have been the one to know better.
Ultimately, if you can't tell by the length of this review, I was just extraordinarily irritated by the complete lack of care for my time and intelligence. I don't know who your benefits provider is, but if you can find somebody else in your network DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY.
