  • I've bought 2 Audis from this dealership. Both times, I had an excellent sales experience. Both times, I was sold a car that was not as described. Garreth, who has since been sent to Audi Henderson, lied to me to get a commission. I had just gone through a divorce and needed to buy a car pretty much immediately. He lied to me about features so I would buy the car. One in particular is that the faux suede seating was a new technology that repelled stains and spills better than leather. That is a flat out lie!!! It soaks in liquid and no one but Audi will detail it, because they don't want to risk further damaging the fabric. I came in a vulnerable state, he took advantage of that to sell me a $70k car, and now every time I get in it, I'm perpetually reminded that I hate Audi because of the experience it's salespeople continually put me through with their deceitful tactics and deplorable lack of moral ethics. This will be my last Audi.
