rev:text	Now I was pretty hesitant over my husband's "please can we go it's good look at all the pictures" request to eat here. It was in some casino we thought had shut down long ago, and when we pulled up I wasn't sure if the entire spot was the restaurant, or if the tiny building actually housed a restaurant AND 200 slot machines lol. HOWEVER - hubby gets major points for this gem of an eatery. That pork belly bao was like nothing - NOTHING - before. I've had great pork belly on its own. I've concocted my own bao's when we ate out. But this - with veggies on it? Did I eat that whole thing? You betcha bao I did. Even hubby was surprised. You MUST get. I think I convinced him enough to try the duck with me the next time we go. I love that the server explains the food to you as its served - it definitely adds to the experience. The burger was delicious and the grilled cheese with short rib was just the right amount (we both even used the tomato dip ... crazy!). But the BAO is WOW. (Sorry, too cheesy!) Great service. Sounded like they had good desserts, but we were too stuffed. Also, bonus for having the coke machine with a thousand gazillion (I may be wrong in the math) combos - why can't all restaurants have this? It's a small perk! Gahhh, let me go search my players cards for discounted rooms - I don't want to wait too long before grubbing here again! Other things: - Not too much seating, but that wasn't an issue when we were here - Park in the back - TV's so you can watch the game while you eat
