  • My water heater went out and wouldn't light, I decided to give Rich a call as he had great reviews. He didn't disappoint. He showed up within the promised time window and gave me a courtesy call 10 mins before he showed up. He immediately identified the issues and I had to replace my water heater. I figured as much based on my own inspection so I know he wasn't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. He verified the warranty was in place and that helped me save a good amount of money, he didn't try to sell me any other units or anything, just the warranty replacement which is exactly what I wanted. He competed the work very quickly in a few hours. Overall very reasonable price and very professional. He was on time, honest, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and I'd use him again for my plumbing needs.
