| - We know we had to do a buffet while we are out in Vegas. While we been to the all you can eat off the strip at Fogo de Chao (see my reviews), this buffet at Caesar got favorable reviews amongst the rest. Price wise, we went weekday afternoon for 39.95 per person (kids age 10 below) half off. It comes with non alcoholic drink of your choice. I opted to pay an additional $15 for unlimited choice of mimosa, champagne, sangria, or wine. Believe you me, I got my money's worth. That $15 fee is non transferable and only apply to that one person in the table. Now onto the food selections, it is more than anyone can eat. For lunch, they had shrimp cocktails, tacos, bone marrow, etc. They also have snow crab legs which are chilled but if you ask, they will warm up no problem. Sushi selection is so so. They do have udon, ramen section which my son loves. The dinner price goes into effect at 3pm at close to $60 I think. Tip - go around 2 ish and you will have the layover when they bring out dinner items such as ribs, lambs, Peking duck etc. All in all, great buffet place and a very exquisite seating ambiance. Only bad thing is you have to show up early as the lines to actually get seated in the queue is lonnggggggg.
