I have been staying at the Chelsea Hotel for over 6 years now and can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. From the moment you walk through the front door you see a ton of couches/chairs, restaurants, and courteous staff members ready and willing to help you. The lobby is usually pretty busy since this hotel is located right in the heart of downtown so nobody can really complain about having to wait a few minutes to check in. One of the best things about this hotel is that they celebrate whatever is going on in the city with you. We were here Saturday for Canada Day and the lobby had a little photo booth set up, the famous talking robot, and even a ton of free Canada Day cupcakes in the back for free. The room's here are perfect (In my opinion), the bed's are some of the absolute comfiest I have ever slept on and the balcony gives you a nice view outside (if you are on street side, but you can't hate on a tall building downtown not always having an A+ view). Overall, this is aways going to be one of my go to hotels in the area.
