  • When travelling in the South, I've always been impressed with Harris Teeter. I moved to Mint Hill a year ago and have had my ups and downs with the pick up service. For many months, it seemed like it was a channel for disposing of the old/past date perishable items. I quit using the pick up. I went back and it was great until the most recent month culminating in an absolutely horrible experience yesterday from both a service and a food quality perspective. I truly believe the issue lays with individual employees and management being hands-on. Some weeks it was just fabulous, but Brian cost Harris Teeter a customer yesterday. I'll be shopping at Publix!
