  • We ate at the Bistro Buffet (Palms guest can sign up for a membership during their stay and get discounts through out the hotel). The restaurant has a very nice look to it. It is modern in appearance, and has an upscale cafeteria feel about it. But I wasn't too impressed with the food. The food was some what distasteful, while others were okay.
