rev:text	I have responded to their response below my review: We have taken our vehicles to this place for years. They use to be an honest shop. Now, they are just a SCAM. We thought we had really lucked out and found a good shop for life... No, never again. I have referred all of my family, co workers, friends, neighbors, and even the company I work for to this shop. They took all of our company vehicles here. I took a vehicle here on May 10th, 2017 and dropped $1700 into the vehicle (told them to check EVERYTHING and do EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE). Come July 24th, 2017, the vehicle broke down again and they wanted ANOTHER $800. I would stay away from this company. They are sharks. Signed, A misguided loyal customer for half a decade My response to the company is as follows: In 2014 (when we purchased the vehicle), we took it to you guys and had a tune up done on it. The spark plugs should have been replaced then. The vehicle had not been driven in over a year (therefore not having any miles put on it). When questioned about this at the shop, they said, "Unfortunately, our record keeping was not that good back then." So either you guys charged me for them and NEVER changed them or you guys NEVER changed them. Either way, you guys should have done something to right the wrong. You did not. You guys took the price down slightly. I have called 7 shops and have received lower price quotes at every single one. You are no longer an HONEST AND FAIR COMPANY. So once again, we well never be returning to your shop and I will be letting everyone I have ever referred to you guys know how we were treated.
