  • Accolades to Diego and the staff for the attention to detail and making the Tasting Menu better than we imagined. The variety for our table of 3, just-right portions of Lobster Raviolis, Lemon Shrimp Spaghetti, Antipasti Platter with the scrumptious Bacon Wrapped Dates, Sautéed Mushrooms, Honey and Parmesan and Goat Cheese stuffed Sweet Peppers. The Filet was perfectly seared, Branzino pan fried crispy and stuffed with beautiful greens, while the Salmon with the Tangerine Vinegrette was light and cooked Medium rare. There was no room for the pastry cart but who can pass up the handmade Chocolate Bar, Lemon Cookie, sorbets, and Lemon Cheesecake. Such a lovely evening with a view of the Bellagio Fountain Show. Reserved on Open Table before leaving town. The crowd arrives after 7pm filling the room.
