  • You really need to think about passing on this business. They have a horrible return policy. Even if shoes are new you have only 7 days to return them otherwise store credit only. This is even for shoes they had in stock. I have been sitting on a $400. plus credit because the orthodontics I ordered just did not work for me so I was issued a store credit. As I need closed toed shoes they have an incredibly limited stock to choose from and no half sizes. They mostly carry sandals. I've had this credit for almost 6 months, but they haven't gotten any new styles in to select from so I'm still a hostage continually checking to try and redeem my credit. If you check other similar stores such as the Shoe Thrill (in Chandler) or the Shoe Mill (in Tempe) they have a much easier and flexible return policy, which when your spending this kind of money is very important. Seriously check other stores as well before purchasing here. They can reel you in easy enough as the staff is very personable--they are true sales people.
