| - I always appreciate it when I get yelled at by a Drive Clean Technician. YELLED at!!!
There is a REASON they are available last minute to do e-tests!!! They aren't busy because the customer service here is in the negative.
I got YELLED at, because we disagreed that him charging me full price for an emissions test, after he refused to even do the test in full, was unethical.
Me: Hey my car needs an emissions test.
Grumpy man: *hooks up electronic code machine* it's not ready. It won't pass.
Me: Well I had the work done to it, and two mechanics said to get it done, so it should pass, can you test it?
Grumpy man: they need I go to school...It won't pass. Drive it more, bring it back. That will be 33.00
Me: But you didn't even test it.....
Grumpy man: it won't PASS and if *yelling now* IF YOU won't LISTEN to me you can call the DRIVE CLEAN People' *flicks a drive clean brochure at me*
Seriously.
Me: Well, they will be hearing from me. You charged me for a test you didn't even finish....this is ridiculous, and can we please not yell at each other!?
Grumpy man: 'I DONT NEED YOU as a CUSTOMER!!!' Still, obviously yelling.
Me: You don't have me as a customer.
I will pay you, because I am honest. You are not.
Grumpy man: 'I DONT NEED YOU as a CUSTOMER'!!
So yeah. If you want to pay for incomplete work, verbal abuse, and for somebody's grampa to make you feel horrible. A-1 is the place for you.
