  • I see a lot of "love" and "amazing" in the other reviews which usually indicates in-house self-gratification. I want to give the reader an honest assessment of my experience rather than the self-serving nonsense I see in other reviews. My problem is not with the staff but with Honor Health and their policies. These Dishonorable health offices are not physician-owned practices, they are corporate owned and operated offices designed to maximize profit at the expense of the public. In my case, the patient is a limited-mobility nonagenarian with recurring urinary tract infections. I called the office describing the tell-tale signs and explained I would be taking a clean-catch specimen to the laboratory for assessment and would they be able to order a prescription based on a positive finding from the lab. I was told I should go to the emergency room (preferably an Honor Health e.r., I assume) as the office physicians and the nurse practitioner were unavailable to speak to the family . The patient has been a client of this office for a long time, yet in his advanced age and in time of need, no one wants to talk to you and the family finds itself on its own and left to fend for themselves. "Go to the emergency room" is an insult, basically a euphemism for "go f#@k yourself". Honor Health is a disgrace to the medical field unwilling to address even the simplest of patients' needs.
