  • First let me say, that this is indeed the real deal. If you want you or your children to learn real and usable self-defense, self-confidence and fitness, then this is the place. But it goes way beyond that. It's a family there, and if you join, expect to become one of the family. My children have been attending martial arts programs since they were very little, and I can't even begin to tell you how lucky we are to have found this place. And get this, there are only 2 certified, true Israeli Martial arts centers in the United States certified to teach this stuff, and how lucky that one of them is right in our back yard. **All I can say, is go there, and watch for 15 minutes, and you'll be sold.**
