  • Hotel is clean, but the staff isn't professional. There is rarely someone ready behind the front counter; they always hang out in the back room. I couldn't tell you how many times I've heard them say "oh sorry, I didn't see you walk up on the camera". Elevator is slower than a sloth. I had the "do not disturb" placard on the door, they left a note under the door saying if I call before 1pm I can still get the room refreshed same day. I called at 12:30 and then left the hotel. Came back around 8pm to the same thing when I left. Had to call for fresh towels. The "bistro" has messed up at least 3 of my orders. They offered a free water in exchange for the inconvenience...thanks? Pros: has a gym, laundry, pool Cons: staff needs serious customer service training Not the worst hotel experience, but certainly not good enough to return a second time.
