  • Horribly disorganized!!! Had an appointment for 7:45 am. Office staff didn't even show up until 8:00. Even though we were the first signed in, we were the last to be called. After waiting 45 minutes they then decided to give us the 30-page packet of forms to fill out. Unbelievably inefficient. Been here over an hour and still waiting. Not at all impressed.
