  • I called to order a take out order. I was on hold for 4.5 minutes. They said 30 minutes. When I showed up in the parking lot a man was just leaving and said it took them a hour to get his food and he called in too. He waited over an hour for his. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. I am thankful that I did wait an hour.
