Just your typical Japanese cheesecake store.
Since the hype arrived in Toronto last year thanks to Uncle Tetsu, many have joined the scene and Love Me Sweet is no exception. When reading this review, be mindful that I've never been too big on Japanese cheesecakes to begin with, and that this 3/5 star rating is to say that this cake is highly similar to the other ones I've tried - which is A-OK.
So yea, the cheesecake is fluffy and light, has an airy texture that resembles sponge cake, and is probably best suited for Asian audiences that aren't looking to satisfy a sweet tooth. But in the end, I'd personally rather have a dense and rich cheesecake.
Also, my review above is for the original cheesecake. I wanted to try the coffee/chocolate flavours but they weren't ready yet when I arrived at around 1pm.
