  • Watched 4 cars that arrived after mine leave and mine sat without attention for a mid level wash and vacuum. All told it took 45 minutes. The cars behind me left 15 minutes before me. Then the employees all looked at me sideways because I was upset. Completely rude, employees were less than useless. This place used to be so much better. There's another car wash up the road from me but I kept coming here because I was loyal and they used the word "family" in their name. They're right - they treat you like family if you're the illegitimate step child.
