For an upscale hote, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and service. While there on a conference, upon checking out, we were told that we owed over $400 and that the expenses were our responsibility. When we questioned it, we were told that is what it said. That's it. Upon bringing a conference organizer back with us, the person at the desk asked us our room number again and then said "oh sorry, I was looking at a different room". How many times do they do this? When we were surprised the first time they should have been more diligent. Also, shuttle to airport could not be booked ahead. You had to show up and stand in line half an hour to possibly get tickets. And the last shuttle was 7p.m. even though many flights leave quite late. We left at midnight so had to spend over 4 hours at the airport. For a hotel that positions itself as high end, it didn't deliver.
