Pros: You will save a lil money here. They are about $5 bux cheaper on menu items than other salons nearby.
They are friendly and eager to provide services.
The end results of the nail services are good and comparable to nearby and pricier establishments.
Cons: The staff seems very inexperienced and all seemed to be taking instruction from one older lady during the services. This made them incredibly slow. I was there for TWO hours just for a fill and pedicure. I started getting antsy and needed to be somewhere so this stressed me out a lot.
During my pedicure I noticed a disgusting and noticebly filthy pumice square sitting on the set up table. I could not believe that the establishment would keep something so used up and dirty when it must cost about $2 to replace. It looked like it had been washed and sterilized over and over crusted old lotion and dead skin. I didn't just stop my pedicure and insist on a new pumice (which should be thrown away after each use or a metal version instead), I insisted that the dirty one be thrown away! The lady seemed surprised and when she grabbed another one it wasnt much better and i noticed she ran back and washed it in the sink. This means it was used prior and she had mot autoclaved it, then realized it was dirty and rinsed it off for me. Sigh smh! I don't blame my nail tech, I think management is at fault there. Things like that are unnaceptable and the reason for knocking off a star.
The slowness of the techs was an isdue but I will not be back due to that one instrument being so filthy which has me believing that cleanliness overall is not emphasized at this place.
