  • I went in to castle to buy a birthday gift for a friend. I already had something in mind to get when the salesman saw me. He saw what I was looking at and suggested a different brand/model, and raved that it was the best for the money. So I bought one for the gift and one for myself. The item was a total piece of crap. I realize now that the salesman was totally blowing steam. There's no way anyone would recommend this item. Warning to shoppers, do your homework, and remember, if these guys make a sale they're golden, because most the merchandise cannot be returned.
