I was scared of other reviews but I had a good experience!
My boyfriends PS3 quit spinning the discs. He called them and they diagnosed it as a bad laser, which we kind of knew by researching online.
A new laser is $70 if we go buy it somewhere and install on our own, or $129 if they do it. It seemed logical for us to pay extra and be done. We dropped it off on a Monday and on Thursday they called that it was done.
Upon pick up, they plugged it in to the tv screen and showed me that it was indeed fixed.
FYI they fix PS3 remotes too, but we didn't have ours done since "handy man" already tried and was missing parts.
Oh, and check in via yelp, you get a 10% discount. They warrant work for 90 days and I have no idea if the new laser is new or refurbished but it was cheaper than buying a new system.
