  • The overall experience is ok, but up selling and pushing left a sour note. I can not have gel manicure due to my work, I had to decline at last 6 times the gel manicure offer, including colorless gel (what's the point?) My nail technician kept talking on her phone, getting up and walking around to help other people, simple visit that should take about an hour, was stretched into 2.5 hours.
