  • I've been going to Thorp's for years. I got a call this morning canceling my haircut at noon due to a childcare issue for my stylist. I was disappointed because I need haircut and I have a challenging schedule which makes it hard to get in for a cut. I rescheduled for a cut 3 weeks later (!). Unfortunately for Thorp's, I had an appointment with another stylist to get my eyebrows waxed a few hours after my originally scheduled hair appointment....and my jaw dropped when I saw my hair stylist! No mention about why she was suddenly available, no apology, no attempt at squeezing me in to another slot. Not ok, Thorp's. p.s. Still love Tara for eyebrow waxing.
