  • I wanted to try a new place other then Walmart due to being new to the area... after talking with a representative on the phone they told me if I came in the next 10 min then I could get an eye exam... When I went inside the ladies didn't know who I was and I can understand that but they looked at each other wondering who would help me! The one at the desk pointed to a girl texting on her phone to help me and I had to stand there while she finished up, not to mention a customer sitting down was trying to get the girl on her phone attention but she ignored her haha... so my 2 stars is that the girl ignored her to help me but anyways she didn't want to call my insurance company to find out what I was covered for so I went to Walmart and they got my eye exam and frames ready in a hour with no appointment. I will never try this place again (:
