  • I lived here for a year and while at first, it seemed like it was going to be a great experience, in the end it was not. Office staff is lacking in all aspects, I work the hours they are open so my source of contact was typically via email. I would have to call and email multiple times in the same week before anyone would ever get back to me! And when they finally did, they were never nice. Although during our first walk thru, the apartments seemed nice and up to date, after living there you notice how cheaply they are put together. Paint uneven on walls, carpet not extending all the way to baseboards, garbage disposal never worked right. I loved the location of these apartments and never had issues with bugs or smells like other reviewers did, but the poor management and that fact they didn't seem to care about their tenants get a 2 star for me and no intention of signing another lease.
