This has got to be the worst customer experience of my life. I now call them "Divided Airlines". Just make a call and you will get a different answer everytime. Currently I am on my 8th call and maybe now we are headed for a solution. I am not going to expand anymore about the complete unprofessional response and solutions. Companies have chosen to monopolize and outsource overseas and we the consumer lose. One final note.. They have bar none the WORST coffee ever!!
