  • I been using Vahn's services 4 times since 2015 for potential properties that I was interested in placing offers. The first house that Vahn inspected contained tons of plumbing problems and I immediately cancelled the offer on the house. The second house contained asbestos and I immediately walked away from the property. The third property had minor plumbing issues but unfortunately I lost a bidding war. Finally the last property Vahn inspected contained an old hot water heater which needed to be replaced and a air vent that was blocked by a piece of hardwood which was detected by using a thermal camera. On the presentation date I pointed these issues out and got the property at a reasonable price. Even though I spend 480 on the extended inspection it was worth it. Vahn is really patient and provides valuable tips on maintaining your home before problems occur. I would work with him again for the 5th time if I was not able to get a house after the forth attempt:)
