Well I Stumbled upon this Japanese tapa place by china town after I couldn't wait anymore longer at the long line at pho Kim long during the holiday craziness....
I was still looking for some hot soup, the tok kosh spicy ramen was more than satisfying! One of the best ramen I have had in Vegas, the broth was not so salty and the noodles were very fresh, great flavor.
We also got some skewers to try, my personal favorite was the shiitake mushrooms!
The server did a good job selling the catch of the day menu, we got the barracuda I believe.. the sashimi fish was incredibly fresh, cheaper than most American sea food restaurants too.
The dessert was the cheese cake with yazu? Server said the cheese cake is made in house, it was fresh and delicious and just the right amount of sweetness.
This place was a lucky find..would definitely come back again
