  • Had a pretty smooth and good experience this time. I went back a couple of times to find some frames ... the gent the first time was really nice and empathetic about trying something radically different. I had some maybes, and he kindly wrote down the model numbers for me in case I wanted to come back for them. He also noted that if they carried a brand, they could order any model from that brand if I wanted to try to price-match from another store. The second time, I found some frames I liked, but were too small for my face. When I asked the nice lady who was helping us, she nailed it and I bought them. They arrived less than a week later. The same lady adjusted them for me, and when I asked if she could adjust my other glasses as they were very crooked, she was extremely patient and nice. She did a great job. The only blip was that Optical doesn't let you use their Groupons for their promotional prices, which meant costs got bumped up. My boyfriend couldn't find anything for a price he liked, so he'll be back later ... they remembered him and were light-heartedly apologetic about his last experience.
