  • This was one of those experiences I could have mistakenly thought I could live without...so happy I took advantage of the free service. The shampoo massage was so soothing. I ended up getting a cut also and was very happy with the entire experience. I'm even considering the membership for those times I need my hair to look perfect but am too stressed to worry about it. I get it now. Before the experience, I thought, who would pay to get their hair shampooed and blow dried? But it's more than that, I think. It's like paying for a free pass to perfect hair on a day you need it most. The expensive products, the head massage and friendly conversation were just icing on the cake. For sure, Kiana will be go to lady for cuts and services from here on out. UPDATE: I have literally woken up two mornings now with my hair still looking almost as good as when I left Kiana at the salon. I even combed it and it bounced back into place, curls finding their places. My hair feels soft but not heavy, is not dry but also hasn't even gotten oily...it usually gets oily within a day. I'm definitely going back to find out what they used on my hair..or I may sign up for the membership.
