  • Worst experience ever! The salesperson I dealt with (Mesa, AZ store) had zero customer service skills and was condescending bordering on downright rude. NEVER let them talk you into buying a floor model! After purchasing an Electrolux clothes washer (floor model) with almost no discount, I had to have the thing repaired within the first 5 months, and it took the repair person that the store recommended 3 different visits to fix the problem. I am still having problems with it a year later. Not only will I never buy an Electrolux product, but I will not ever recommend shopping at Spencer's. Buyers be warned.
