  • Checked this place out on a Saturday, knowing it was probably going to be packed. It was. But, my kiddo still had a good time. There was a good mix of all ages present and everyone was respectful and waited their turns, which was nice to see. Took off a star because as I was waiting for my daughter to jump off into one of the pits, I noticed a boy struggling to get out of the pit and saw that he was freaking out but none of the employees saw him. I pointed him out to one of his friends and he helped him get out. Poor little guy ran off crying. With all the staff walking around it was a little worrisome that none of them noticed him.
