  • This is going to hurt. This location needs some serious help. Originally came here because my vehicle is in the shop, and AAA made my reservation here to pick up my loaner. The call. Made a call to this location a week ago to verify my reservation and was told WHAAT! No vehicles available? The CS representative put me on hold in order to verify the reservation, and find me a car. He finds it. He sends a Lyft. The Lyft. She's on time and now we're on our way to pick up the rental. When we arrive, the business is closed. WHAAT?! Double checking the address, our Lyft driver realizes the CS representative sent us to the wrong location. Oh my lawd! The kidnapper van. Arriving in time to get the paperwork done and into our vehicle, 1 hour later, we said good bye to our Lyft driver and went inside to getter done. The problem, the car is a Nissan cargo van. From fast to fuglyous. The promise. Our CS representative told us that because they were out of vehicles, they would help us to trade into a 2 door vehicle the following day at no expense. So we took the van to go be creepy and stalk someone. Ha not. The next day. So we arrived the next day. Earlier I was told that a Challenger would be my trade. What did we get instead of that after another hour of waiting? An Altima. By now my wife is livid. In fact 3 other customers ahead of us waiting been there 3 hours and were promised vehicles that weren't there. The manager is not on site and the CS representatives were complaining about their jobs. A non professional move on their side. Conclusion. Make your own judgment when renting at this location. Check to see if your vehicle is here in advance. Organization is a -5 of 10. The wait is unheard of from a location that does not have huge foot traffic. The communication is bare minimum. While your waiting, they do not let you know what is going on. Why they are taking so long, or what stage of the contracr they are at. No sympathy for your patience or any of their wrongful doing. Use the airport location if you have too. Avoiding coming to this location is your best bet if you do not want to ruin your day.
