  • I was staying at Mandalay Bay for a conference and tried many of the restaurants there. Citizens was one of the better ones. Firstly, the food is very good. The cob salad is perfect. I liked their clean fresh decor. The service was mixed. Depending of who's working there, you may or may not have a good experience. I often walked by to see if I Katie was working at the bar. If she was, I'd definitely walk in for a meal. You need more like her Citizens.
