The most value, best view, and great steaks for a vegas steakhouse.
Simply put, the steaks here are great meat prepared just right. I've eaten here a number of times - most recently a buffalo ribeye with bearnaise and the bone in filet with truffle bearnaise. Both had amazing texture and flavor. The spinach and other sides I've gotten were all great (though potentially could be a little bigger). The frites that come with the steak are OK (especially for sopping up some leftover bearnaise), but I could go with a different style of included side if it were up to me.
Reservations are taken for inside seating, but you must wait if you'd like to sit outside. That wait is very worth it as you'll get a perfect, elevated view of the Bellagio fountain show.
Service is extremely skilled and friendly, though during busier times (especially outside) you do get the hint that they don't exactly want you to stay and relax if you aren't eating or drinking. They aren't necessarily rude about it, and after waiting to get in I'm sure you understand just the same.
Though there's plenty of steakhouses in vegas, there's little reason to explore much beyond Mon Ami Gabi.
