  • Pork on a Fork is a hidden treasure. Real BBQ is an art. Picasso and da Vinci are in the building! Actually, Wes and Justin (the owners) are as passionate/nice as you can get. As soon as you walk in, you get gently smacked in the face with "the smell." Then they follow through with "the taste." Pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and hot links will make you a big fan of the art of BBQ.
