  • I paid $69.99 for a super clean and seat cleaner, so I expected my car to actually be clean when receiving it. I didn't see anyone doing anything to it until over an hour into waiting, while at least two people were working busily on the car ahead of mine. In the final 5-10 min before my car was "promised" to be done one person finally did a quick vacuum job and wiped things down. After getting into my car I realized just how poor of a job was done. This was supposed to be "super clean" however would not even pass for a normal cleaning job. Not only that but I noticed they had actually damaged my car! My emblem on the steering wheel and the area around my stick shift were scratched up. When speaking to what was supposed to be "the manager", a kid looking maybe 18, looked at me blankly and said "well, we can clean it again". Um, not sure that exactly fixes the problem when you've damaged my vehicle, and I definitely don't want to wait another hour and a half for a very poor job. Okay...rant over
