I gave it a one only because I could not give it a 0. I have chronic pancreatitis and I'm suppose to get my pancreas remove because of the damage done and the possibility of cancer. Had to stop working in February. I knew I was going to miss 2 months of payments. The cut my insurance off March 31. Yet I didn't find out until June 6 that they terminated the insurance. I paid my premiums April, May, June. They approved all of my procedures in March and April. They approved all my doctors appointments including the specialist. Had 2 ECRP, and a bunch of CT Scans and MRIs. I even paid some of my deductible. My surgeons assistant called me and told me that all of a sudden I didn't have insurance when the prior week they ran my insurance and everything was fine.
Called HPN and ask what the hell is going on. Was told by this rude employee of there's that yes the cut it off. Even thou I only miss 2 months. Asked Why I wasn't informed about this in April ? Why did you approve every procedure and why did you keep asking for deductible. Not one hospital or doctors office said anything about it being cut. As a matter a fact that same day I found out I still was able to get all my meds. I asked what they do with my payments? Was told they put it towards credit and all the procedures I would be billed for. Ain't that a bitch.
In other words we don't care it's all about the money. Yes we fucked you good and there's nothing you can do because HPN does not reinstate.
