These guys moved me in October 2017, they damaged several nice pieces of furniture, filed a claim in December yet I still haven't received a check. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of, their line is always busy, you will always get asked to hold yet you'll get disconnected after holding for 10min. The few times I have got a hold of someone they say they're waaay behind on claims and that they'll be mailing the check "next month". Not sure how it's my problem that they're behind on claims (call your boss, hire more help!) but I've been hearing that my check will be mailed "next month" for about 3-4 months now; still nothing. The two customer service girls are the rudest human beings I've ever spoken to, they act like customers are crazy for being upset about damaged furniture and not being reimbursed yet on a 6 month+ claim.
