  • The bean shaved ice is like a $10 bowl of cereal. The cheap taste of frosted flakes overpower the fruit. Plus the syrup for the ice tastes too saccharine. We also ordered the sake ratte. Of course we asked if it comes with alcohol. Of it doesn't. They call it that bc they shake it like a martini, which creates foam. Tastes like a watered down shaken iced coffee with too much sugar and not enough espresso in a margarita cup. Lots of young ethnic people of a nonthreatening variety. Seating is eclectic and sparse. The room is hip in an antique way but most of the furniture is uncomfortable. Saw a family walk in and immediately walk out. = not family friendly. Music is wonderful. Food 2 stars Room 3 stars
