  • Only because I can't give them a zero. I saw a coupon in Groupon for a "One whole-house air duct and dryer vent cleaning". I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday and a window of 12- 4 PM. I asked for a phone call about ten minutes before they were to arrive. Wednesday 4:30 PM. No show and no call. I called and they said the driver had car problems. We rescheduled for Thursday at 9 -11 AM. Thursday 11:30, no show no call. I called and was told I had cancelled the appointment. I explained I had not but now I wanted to. They tried to press me to set another appointment and I said they had inconvenienced me enough and I wanted my money back. They hung up. Now I did some research on this company. Yes, I should have done it bfore buying the Groupon but I thought Groupon vetted their vendors. HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!!!
