Cute place, not much for service though. Don't expect anyone here to take ownership for anything. No accountability for their billing errors, no return phone call as requested. I'm not sure this place has a manager. I did receive an automated email telling me I had been refunded because they "charged the wrong room". Wonder how easily and often this occurs.
Hopefully your stay here goes off without a hitch. If not, don't expect any type of follow up or apology. This place is too uppity to provide any type of customer service.
