  • Management and staff always giving attitude, Jordan got my food wrong. Later I ordered ice cream and she said the machines were broken but someone comes 3 minutes later and gets ice cream, makes no sense, so I ordered ice cream and waited 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and there was no extra fudge(I paid for extra fudge) and 2 terribly made dipped cones. I've worked for McDonald's and this is unacceptable. Food was perfect but terrible employees mess it up.
