  • Best Buy is the best idea - wish I could return my phones there then I would NEVER HAVE TO SET FOOT IN A SPRINT STORE EVER----- This is exactly why I don't come into ANY sprint store - 4 people standing around not doing anything - guy walks right past me and doesn't ask if I've been helped -attitude from all the workers and most of all it takes FOREVER- EVEN if you have an appointment - then I check in once and then ask again if my appointment is on the list and I'll be helped soon and I get nothing but attitude!!!
